What you share with us
When you submit a partner request or contact message, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and any message you provide. If you introduce a private group, share only information you have permission to provide. Do not send payment-card details, tax identification numbers, or identity documents through these forms.
How we use it
We use these details to respond, help you join the affiliate program, support referrals, and address booking or commission questions. Sending a request does not automatically enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Website storage and service providers
Website requests are stored using Cloudflare D1. Hosting and infrastructure providers process technical information needed to serve and protect the website. When email notifications are enabled, the email-delivery provider processes the details necessary to deliver request notifications and receipts.
The partner team and service providers supporting the program may process relevant information to handle your request, referral, or payout. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Referrals and external services
Your assigned referral links and codes connect bookings to your partner record through the existing affiliate process. External booking and payment services operate under their own privacy policies. Phone and text links open your device's calling or messaging application; messages are not sent until you choose to send them.
Cookies and technical information
This site uses Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, page interactions, and successful form submissions. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies and process device, browser, and approximate-location information. This build does not add advertising tags. Hosting services may use essential security or access cookies. We may process a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit form abuse. Request details are not placed in public page URLs. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy terms.
Retention and requests
We retain information as needed to handle partner relationships, inquiries, referral records, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact partner support to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
